The SuPerconducting and other INnovative materials and devices Institute (SPIN) of the National Research Council (CNR) is looking for 2 staff members with a professional profile of Technologist (III level) for the set up of a new facility for thin films deposition and analysis:
- Growth of thin films of different materials, including oxides, metals and organic materials, and their characterization through different experimental techniques
- Experimental setup and technical/organizational management of a multichamber system for the growth and characterization of samples of innovative materials, including transition metal oxides, in the form of thin film or multilayers
Requirements:
a) Master’s Degree/University Degree in Physics, Electronic Engineering, Physical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Materials Science or related disciplines;
b) PhD or 3 years of experience in the field of growth of oxide epitaxial thin films and multilayers as well as in UHV technology
c) Experience in the field of photoemission, diffraction and/or scanning probe microscopy will be favourably considered when evaluating the candidate
